We can write manuals for any role, technicians, managers, auditors, lawyers, chefs, engineers, doctors, but……but….we can never write a manual for Leadership roles. We can never document what to do, when you reached a point where the Leader in you should act.
Don’t worry, expecting too-much teaches many things about you, most importantly you will know your real potential, and by the end of your work it raises a bit up for sure.
So stop doubting around, expect too-much of you and work very hard.

Use rules and principles as guides, but decide based on ‘what your duty is’. And always remember that your Duty takes precedence over both rules and principles. At a given time if two or more of your duties collide take up the duty which applies to a broader cause, and be ready to face the consequences of not taking the other duty(ies).
